Hey!, crabby, old, malcontent here taking a moment out from complaining about everything to share my appreciation for this outfit. I hate everything and dont trust anyone but these guys at the Northglenn, Cartoys have helped me out in a pinch three times over the last year and a half, one time without even charging me. I cant express enough how grateful I am for their help, consistency and professionalism. This time my dudes name was Chris and he was great but I dont want to take away from the guys in the garage and the other fellas that have helped me out. They all have been great! It's hurting my insides to be so positive so I have to go. I would give them 5 stars but everyone knows 5 stars are from bots. Out.

I would not recommend Car Toys based on my experience. My husband called ahead, gave them our son’s vehicle information, and explained exactly what we wanted. We understood the phone quote wouldn’t be exact, but they estimated the total at around $1,400. The next day I went into the store and mentioned that we had already received a quote over the phone. They couldn’t find it, so they started over. After looking at the vehicle and building a new estimate, the price suddenly jumped to $2,200—an $800 increase from the quote we had received less than 24 hours earlier. We also told them we didn’t need to retain the factory navigation because we were installing a stereo with Apple CarPlay, which provides navigation through Apple Maps or Google Maps. They insisted we had to keep the factory navigation, which wasn’t accurate for what we wanted. We left and went to Extreme Auto just down the road. They quoted us $1,400, included a warranty, and even sold us the exact same stereo that Car Toys wanted $850 for at only $699. We ended up saving hundreds of dollars for the same equipment and installation. I’d recommend shopping around before committing to Car Toys—you may find much better

Joe at CarToys, Northglen location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He talked through my plan for a sound system for my boat and he was spot on. My original plan / direction I was going would have resulted in poor quality and sound. He guided me on the speakers to use, the sub to use and even talked through the layout and design. Joe was very considerate of my budget and took the time to school me on good, better and best regarding the different levels of hardware and designed the layout for easy upgrades in the future. Thank you Joe for your help and guidance.

I brought my S10 to this Car Toys to be looked at by Seth, he was very kind and knowledgeable, I ended up needing a new bracket kit for my stereo and he took great care of me and got me exactly what I needed. I hands down will be taking all my vehicles to see Seth for all my audio needs. Great attitude, super helpful, and knows his stuff.
